Welcome to our lovely villa in Southern Dunes, Florida, situated on a renowned golf course. The villa overlooks the 12th fairway and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac position.
Now all the family can go to Orlando as the villa caters for ten guests (eight comfortably).
Southern Dunes is a gated community.
There is a large Wal-Mart within walking distance from the villa, near the entrance to Southern Dunes.
All tourist attractions are within driving distance including All Disney Theme Parks, Sea World, Wet 'n' Wild, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens and the beaches.
There are also some very good local shopping malls.
Alternatively, if you wish for a more peaceful holiday, there are plenty of lakes for fishing and many nature parks for wildlife viewing and boating.
